Non/sense was a live improvisation at Angela Burgess Recital Hall (Royal Academy of Music, London). As part of the event series 'New Stages' it invited the audience to construct their own landscape of sound and movement by focusing on one primary sense only throughout the performance. Therefore, the audience was divided in two groups listeners and viewers. Whereas the latter ones were witnessing the live improvisation through a window from a separate room, the first ones were sitting blindfolded in the blacked out performance space – musicians and dancers among them.
